We have the following:

the point are:

\begin{gathered} A=(-4,-2) \\ B=(-2,4) \\ C=(4,-2) \end{gathered}

After applying the scale factor it would be

\begin{gathered} A^(\prime)=(-4\cdot1.5,-2\cdot1.5)=(-6,-3) \\ B^(\prime)=(-2\cdot1.5,4\cdot1.5)=(-3,6) \\ C^(\prime)=(4\cdot1.5,-2\cdot1.5)=(6,-3) \end{gathered}

A' = (-6, -3)

B' = (-3, 6)

C' = (6, -3)

Algebraic Representation:

\begin{gathered} A^(\prime)=1.5\cdot A \\ B^(\prime)=1.5\cdot B \\ C^(\prime)=1.5\cdot C \end{gathered}
