2/3 + 3/5m = 31/15
3/5m = 31/15 - 2/3
3/5m = 31/15 - 10/15
3/5m = 7/5
m = 7/5 * 5/3
m = 35/15 reduces to 7/3 or 2 1/3
-3c - 12 = -5 + c
-3c - c = -5 + 12
-4c = 7
c = -7/4 or - 1 3/4
