An example of an enzyme would be catalase. It lowers the activation energy for the process of hydrogen peroxide reduction.
An example of a lipid would be a saturated fat -- a type of solid fat.

Lipases (enzymes acting on lipids)
fats/oils (+ water) fatty acids + glycerol.... hope this helps
