The volume would be in terms of x.

r=4x-5
h=7x+4

V=πr²h=π(4x-5)²(7x+4)
=π(16x²-40x+25)(7x+4)
=π(112x³+64x²-280x²-160x+175x+100)
=π(11x³-216x²+15x+100)

Answer: V(x)=π(11x³-216x²+15x+100)
