I was a little stuck on my answer and I was going to go with D.

To find how many hats did the knitter who sold 9 scarves sell, you should locate 9 in the y axis because the y axis represents the scarves sell then once you located the point on which it sell 9 scarves, go down an read the data point at the x axis, and it is 2 hats
