yoyr going to just plug y right into the original equation and solve for x the way you would any normal problem with a single variable. 5x+3(2)=-14 | 5x+6=-14 | 5x=-20 | x=4 | if you need any extra help understanding this problem let me know and ill try to help out as much as i can
