We have to solve:

3(4m-7)+7

First we need to distribute the product using the distributive property of the multiplication:

a\cdot(b+c)=ab+ac

Using this property we get:

3(4m-7)+7=3\cdot4m-3\cdot7+7=12m-21+7=12m-14

Then the answer is 12m-14.
