the inequality is:


-6\ge3p+9

So we can solve the inequation for p so:


\begin{gathered} -9-6\ge3p \\ -15\ge3p \\ -(15)/(3)\ge p \\ -5\ge p \end{gathered}

so the solution are all numbers equal or lower than -5 so the graph will be:
