Well yes you definitely should go vegan! Umm...you really don't need to consult your doctor for that. Being vegan is the healthiest way of eating. I am vegan, and there are so many health benefits from it! Foods to stay away from would be...any animal products. So for example, avoid dairy(don't worry, they have invented vegan dairy products if you just google it lol) avoid all types of meat, so it's pretty simple....avoid all animal products. The good thing is that all your nutrition comes from plants. So you don't need to eat meat for protein, plants in themselves make healthy protein. So if that's what you want to do, GO FOR IT!
