a * b=a^3+b^3-3ab

For the operation to be commutative a*b should be equal to b*a.

Computing b*a:


b * a=b^3+a^3-3ba

Rearranging:


b * a=a^3+b^3-3ab

It's apparent that a*b=b*a, thus the operation is commutative
