Based on the observed in the picture, you can notice that:


m\angle JKL=m\angle JKM+m\angle MKL

Knowing that:


\begin{gathered} $$m\angle JKL=127\degree$$ \\ \\ m\angle JKM=(9x-10)\degree \\ m\angle MKL=83\degree \end{gathered}

You can substitute values into the equation and then solve for "x". You get that its value is:


\begin{gathered} 127=(9x-10)+83 \\ 127-73=9x \\ 54=9x \\ x=(54)/(9) \\ x=6 \end{gathered}
