CIO2 is an oin it cannot be right because Cl doesn't has the capability to have double bounds. SO2 isnt right because it makes double bonds with oxygen. the only option seems true is CO2

Only the Lewis structure for CO₂ is correct. The Oxygen atoms should have only two lone pairs around them.
