Given:

Number of science students in grade 7 = 20

Number of science students in grade 8 = 20

Total number of students in grade 7 = 22

Total number of students in grade 8 = 28

Solution:

Based on relative row frequency,

The probability of picking a student from grade 7 that is a member of the science club:

\begin{gathered} \text{Probability = }\frac{Number\text{ of required outcomes}}{Number\text{ of possible outcomes}} \\ =\text{ }(20)/(22) \\ =\text{ }(10)/(11) \end{gathered}

The probability of picking a student from grade 8 that is a member of the science club:

\begin{gathered} \text{Probability = }\frac{Number\text{ of required outcomes}}{Number\text{ of possible outcomes}} \\ =\text{ }(20)/(28) \\ =\text{ }(10)/(14) \end{gathered}

Going from the probability values obtained, the students of grade 7 are more likely to be science students

Answer: Grade 7 (option A)
