percent to decimal = %/100
Fraction to decimal is easy, divide top by bottom, then multiply that by 100 to get a percent

To switch a fraction to a decimal all you have to do is divide top/bottom. And to switch a decimal to a percent all you have to do is move the decimal point over two. Example- 1/4= 0.25 = 25%
