Ionization energy is the ability of an atom to remove an electron in the valence shell of another atom, and this property in the periodic table will grow from left to right, therefore the order for these 4 elements in ionization energy will be:

1. Sodium, Na

2. Aluminum, Al

3. Sulphur, S

4. Chlorine, Cl

We have chlorine as having the hightest ionization energy
