Given:


\begin{gathered} 2x+y=3\ldots\text{ (1)} \\ -5x-2y=4\ldots(2) \end{gathered}

Multiply equation(1) by 2 and add with equation(2)


\begin{gathered} 4x+2y-5x-2y=6+4 \\ 4x-5x=10 \\ -x=10 \\ x=-10 \end{gathered}

Option B is the final answer
