We have three types of muffins A (cranberry), B (blueberry) and C (cinammon).

The ratio of cranberry to blueberry muffins was 2 to 3. That means that for every 2 cranberry muffins sold, there are 3 blueberry muffins sold.

This can be expressed as:

\begin{gathered} A=(2)/(3)B \\ \end{gathered}

The ratio of blueberry to cinnamon muffins sold was 4:1. That means that for every 4 blueberry muffins sold, there is one cinnamon muffins sold.

\begin{gathered} B=4C \\ C=(1)/(4)B \end{gathered}

Then, if the amount of blueberry muffins sold is 60, we have:

\begin{gathered} A=(2)/(3)(60)=40 \\ C=(1)/(4)(60)=15 \end{gathered}

Then, we have 40-15 = 25 more muffins sold of the cranberry type than the cinnamon type.

The answer is c. 25.
