Hello,

You have to know this property:

(x^(a))^b=x^(a*b)\\\\We have:\\\\(10^6)^x=10^(-18)\\\\So:\\ \\ 6*x=-18 \\ x= (-18)/(6) \\ \boxed{x=-3}
