As you can see in the picture, the diameter is 3 cm. The formula to find the area of the circle is

\begin{gathered} A=\pi\cdot r^2=3.14\cdot r^2 \\ r=\text{ radius} \\ d=\text{diameter} \\ r=(d)/(2) \\ A=3.14\ast(1.5)^2 \\ A=7.065cm^2 \end{gathered}

And the formula of the circumference is:

\begin{gathered} P=\text{perimeter } \\ P=\pi\cdot d \\ P=3.14\ast3 \\ P=9.42\text{ cm} \end{gathered}

So the answer is Area = 7.065 cm2 and Circunference= 9.42 cm
