Since J'K' is a dilation of JK, we have that

J^(\prime)K^(\prime)=c\cdot JK

Where c is the scale factor of the dilation; therefore,

\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow J^(\prime)K^(\prime)=(1)/(3)\cdot JK=(1)/(3)\cdot24=8 \\ \Rightarrow J^(\prime)K^(\prime)=8 \end{gathered}

The answer is J'K'=8
