To find the equation of the line we have to find the slope and the intercept with the y axis

so in the graph we can see that the intercept is in 5 and for the slope we use this equation

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

So we replace two coordiantes so I use ( 0,5 ) and ( 1,3 ) so we replace it:

\begin{gathered} m=(3-5)/(1-0) \\ m=-(2)/(1) \\ m=-2 \end{gathered}

So the final equation will be:

y=-2x+5
