L = lenght = 80 cm

f = 300 hz

L changed to =40 cm

Fundamental freq = 1/2L x √T/m

T and m are constant

f = 1/2L

f1/f2= L2/L1

300 hz / x = 40 /80

x = 300 hz / (40/80 cm)

x = 600 HZ
