1) Rotating the function f(x) about the point (0,-5) with a factor of 4 we'll have:

Considering f(x) = x² -5

So g(x) =-4x² -5 Note that the function g(x) is elongated when compared to f(x). So Multiplying by -4 at a, we could rotate it 180º
