Sarah works at a local fast food restaurant she is helping the manager order supplies if the restaurant by 1,500 boxes of hamburger patties and if each box contains 75 patties how many patties will the restaurant have on hand

For this, all you need to do is multiply 1500 by 75!

If one box contains 75 patties, and the restaurant orders 1500 of them, that's 1500 orders of 75, or 1500 x 75. This equates to 112,500 patties.
