Saturated fat is a type of fat, in which the fatty acids all have single bonds. A fat is made of two kinds of smaller molecules: monoglyceride and fatty acids. If you inhale too much saturated fat you could cause your cholesterol to go sky high making you very unhealthy.
I hope this helps!
