In the given quadrilateral

∵ PS // QR

∵ PQ // SR

→ That means the quadrilateral is a parallelogram

∴ PQRS is a parallelogram

From the properties of the parallelogram

∵ Every 2 opposite angles are equal

∵ < P and < R are opposite angles

∴ < P is congruent to < R
