Sheila should have desserts in small portions and increase activity levels. Not eating certain types of foods is no good, although for high-sugar/high-fat foods, moderation should always be practise. Increasing activity level prevents from accumulating fat and reduce the risks associated with high sugar foods, so this could be a great strategy for Sheila.

Sheila's best option would be to have desserts in small portions and increase her activity levels. If she deprives herself of a certain food or food group, she is less likely to succeed in her activity and/or nutritional goals.
