8. The initial velocity of an object is 30 m/s and the final velocity is 100 m/s. The change in velocity occurred over a period of 5 seconds. What is its acceleration? O 14 m/s/s O 70 m/s/hr 25 m/s/s 70 m/s

Given :

The initial velocity of an object = 30 m/s

The final velocity = 100 m/s

The change of the time = 5 s

We need to find the acceleration (a) :

a=\frac{v-v_0_{}_{}}{t}=(100-30)/(5)=(70)/(5)=14

so, the answer is the first option : a = 14 m/s^2
