Using the formula for the volume of a cone,

V=\pi\ast(r^2\ast h)/(3)

then, convert both the radius and the height into feet,

\begin{gathered} r=38m\ast(3.2808ft)/(1m)=124.6704ft \\ h=54m\ast(3.2808ft)/(1m)=177.1632ft \end{gathered}

replace the values in feet in the formula, also use pi as 3.14

\begin{gathered} V=((3.14))/(3)\ast(124.6704ft)^2\ast177.1632ft \\ V=2882097.1ft^3 \end{gathered}

Answer:

The volume of the cone is:

2,882,097.1\text{ }ft^3
