x-\ Mary\\ 3x-2-\ Brad\\\\ x+3x-2=334\\ 4x-2=334\ \ |add\ 2\\ 4x=336\ \ | divide\ by\ 4\\x=84\\ 3x-2=3*84-2=252-2=250\\\\ Brad\ sold\ 250\ bars\ and\ Mary\ sold\ 84\ bars.
