B. (3,2)
This is visible if you plot the points.
However, without plotting, this can be determined as well. The first two points have the same value of y meaning they form a horizontal line.
The second and third points have the same value of x meaning they form a vertical line. Now, we need a point that has the same y value (2) as the third point so it forms a horizontal line with it and the same value of x as the first point (3) so it forms a vertical line with it. That is, (3 , 2)
