The velocity can be calculated using the next formula because the velocity is constant

v=(d)/(t)

where v is the velocity, d is the distance and t is the time.

In our case

t=7.5

d=51 m

We susbtitute

v=(51)/(7.5)=6.8\text{ m/s}

ANSWER

The velocity is 6.8 m/s
