A number line includes all the numbers in between the ones marked on it, for example if a line starts on point 3 and ends on point 7 the line includes all the numbers between 3 and 7 (3.14, 3 1/2, 6 3/4, 6.33)

Answer:

A number line is a straight line with numbers allocated at equal intervals along its length. It can be extended infinitely in any direction.

Every point of a number line corresponds to a real number.

So, fractions, decimals lie on the number line. It can be anything like 4 , 4.03 , 4.35 , 10.73, 120/7 etc.
