standard form is ax+by=c
to find the slope, do, -a/b
-a/b=-3/2
-a=-3
b=2
a=3

3x+2y=c
find c
plot the point
(8,-12)
(x,y)
x=8
y=-12
3(8)+2(-12)=c
24-24=c
0=c
3x+2y=0 or
y=-3/2x
