The\ linear\ function\ represent\ an\ equations:\\\\y=mx+b;\ Ax+By=C;\ Ax+Bx+C=0

therefore:\\A)\ y=2x^3-3\to\boxed{NO}\\\\B)\ y=(4)/(3)x\to\boxed{YES}\to y=mx+b\\\\C)\ y=(x)/(4)=(1)/(4)x\to\boxed{YES}\to y=mx+b
