From the problem, the slope is -3 and the y-intercept is 0

Note that in any equation in the slope-intercept form,

y=mx+b

m is the slope

and

b is the y-intercept

From the given,

m = -3 and b = 0

Subsitute it to the formula :

\begin{gathered} y=-3x+0 \\ y=-3x \end{gathered}

The equation of the line is y = -3x
