consecutive numbers are 1 apart
they are
x,x+1,x+2,x+3
sum is 54
x+x+1+x+2+x+3=54
4x+6=54
minus 6 both sides
4x=48
divide by 4 bot sides
x=12
x+1=13
x+2=14
x+3=15

they are 12,13,14,15
