Plug 0 in for y and solve:
-6x - 2(0) = -18
-6x = -18
x = 3

(3,0)

You will want to solve for where y=0.

-6x - 2(0) = -18.

-6x = -18

x = 3

The equation's x-intercept is at (3,0)
