How would I answer this in a graph

Subtract 2x then you'll get -3y-9=-2x. Then add 9 which is -3y=-2x+9. Then divide -3, which then is y=-2/3x-3. Then plot (0,-3) from there go down 2 and 3 to the right and that's your next point and just keep going down 2 and to the right 3
