-Static Dynamic Isometric Ballstic
-Passive Active PNF Begginers should start with the safest types of
stretching. Dynamic is also a movement stretch but a much more controlled and relaxed movement. This is considered a safe stretch for beginners. (ex. - leg swings, arm rotations, torso twists.)
