Highest common factor = 7 Therefore; we divide the numerator and denominator by 7 = 3/7

To simplify that fraction you can divide the numerator and denominator both by 7 (as whatever you do to the top, you do to the bottom)
So 21÷7=3
and 49÷7=7
so the answer would be 3/7 and that's as much as you can reduce it :)
