the probability by rolling a number other than six is

we have ten numbers without six we have 9 numbers

for each number he has a probability of 1/10

9(1/10)=9/10 it is the probability of rolling a number other than six

the probability of obtaining a number greater than 2

We don't count 1 and 2 so we only have 8 number possibles

for each number he has a probability of 1/10

8(1/10)=8/10 is the probability of rolling a number greater than 2

so the probability of one rolls a number greater

than 2 followed by rolling a number other than six is

(8)/(10)\cdot(9)/(10)=(72)/(100)=(18)/(25)
