Given:

(0,375)\text{ and (}5,325)\text{ are the points lie on the line.}
\begin{gathered} \text{Slope(m)}=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ \text{Slope(m)}=(325-375)/(5-0) \\ \text{Slope(m)}=-(50)/(5) \\ \text{Slope(m)}=-10 \end{gathered}
y-\text{intercept(b)}=375

Equation of the line is

\begin{gathered} y=mx+b \\ y=-10x+375 \end{gathered}

If (0,375) is not given , Finding method of y-intercept.

We have an general equation y= -10x+b.

Point (10,275) is passing through the line

\begin{gathered} 275=-10(10)+b \\ 275=-100+b \\ 275+100=b \\ b=375 \end{gathered}
