Simple....

they gave you the slope and gave you coordinates on the line...

Plug n chug!

Using y=mx+b.... (6,1)--->> (Use the x and y intercept for your line)

1=
(1)/(3) (6)+b

1=2+b

1=2+b
-2 -2

b=-1

y=
(1)/(3) x-1

The equation of your line...

Thus, your answer.
