For this we can simply use the equation, circumference = pi * diameter
C = pi * 4
Circumference = 12.57cm

Circumference, C, of a circle is given = πd
Where d = diameter of the circle.
d = 4cm
C = πd
C = π*4
C = 4π
C ≈ 4*3.142
C ≈ 12.568 cm
The circumference of the circle is ≈ 12.568 cm
I hope this helps.
