use what you know about odysseus and how he has changed over the course of his journey to explain how the theme “true strength is knowing when not to act” is shown in the story.

Answer:

Sample Response: At first, Odysseus acts without thinking about consequences. He waits around out of curiosity to see the Cyclops and then taunts him, getting himself in trouble. Later, he learns to control himself by waiting for the perfect moment to seek revenge on the suitors. Sometimes it is harder and takes more strength to wait than to act.

At the introduction of the story he is proud and quick to act, and seems proudy and arrogant

like when he tells the cyclops his name (resulting in his being cursed by Poseidon). At the end of the story, he pretends to be an old man and he is patient and waits until the right opportunity to act and seems a calm person and had a lot of patients
hope it helps
