Surface Area of a Cone is given as;

A=\pi r(r+\sqrt[]{h^2+r^2})

Where A is Area, r is radius and h is height

r=\text{ 4units and h= 15units}
\begin{gathered} A=\text{ 4}\pi(4+\sqrt[]{15^2+4^2}) \\ A\text{ = 4}\pi(4+\sqrt[]{225+16}) \\ A=4\pi(4+\sqrt[]{241}) \\ A=4\pi(4+15.5) \\ A\text{ = 4}\pi(19.5) \\ A\text{ = 78}\pi units^2 \\ A=78(3.1429)units^2 \\ A=245.1462units^2 \end{gathered}
