Function A has a greater rate of change

To find the rate of change for function A, you have to divide the value of y by the value of x, and when you do that, you get about 4.55 and Function B already has the rate of change because in the equation, the rate of change is going to be multiplied by the value of x, so the rate of change is -4.5. 4.55 is greater than -4.5 so function A has a greater rate of change
