-2 or -2/1. 8 and -4 can both be divided by -4. 8/-4 = -2. -4/-4 = 1. P.S. it doesn't matter where the negative sign is. Ex. it could be 2/-1 and still be the same.

Divide as usual. Only difference is that since you are dividing by a negative number, you must include the negative sign in your answer.
