Certain fats are part of a healthy diet. Plant fats such as avocado, peanut, coconut, olive oil, safflower oil, almond butter.
They are lower in saturated fats.
Fish oils are healthy.

Red meats have more saturated fats due to marbling in the meats. Lard, crisco is not healthy.

Your body's liver produces cholesterol naturally. So some fat is necessary for proper growth & development, keeping skin moist & unwrinkled.

Yes. Even though you normally go on diets to lose fat, your body naturally still needs fats. But you can eat good fats, such as meats etc.
